The Mozilla project has just released the next evolution of Firefox, Firefox 3.6. It adds a few new features, including some of the new upcoming HTML 5 specification tags, "Personas" that allow you to put custom skin on the browser with a single click, and a speed increase that leaves only Google Chrome as the only browser that can render a page faster.

It passes with a 94 on the Acid3 test, a test of the standards support of web browsers.

I recommend it to both users who use Internet Explorer (Please don't), and users of older versions of Firefox. It's very similar to other 3.x Firefox browsers, but has some nice improvements. Get it at http://www.firefox.com.

Firefox 3.6 running on my old Pentium 3 "Netbook" under Windows 2000 Professional. With Atari Persona, naturally.
