Back in the late 90s, I got myself an RCA DirecTV "DSS" system (as we used to call them.) Eventually, it was turned off and I just sort of held onto the dish itself, thinking someday that I might actually do something with it. I always figured that would be HAM radio related, but maybe not....since I found this article on building a WIFI dish out of one.
